Yes. Frames are degreased, phosphated and electrostatically coated at 60–80 microns, then baked at 200 °C — in any classic RAL shade, matte, gloss or textured. We send coated sample plates for approval before production, and matte black, pure white and anthracite run as permanent stock colours.
Our outdoor lines are: aluminium frames that cannot rust, or steel with zinc-rich primer under a UV-stable polyester powder, plus drain holes and stack bumpers. Coats are salt-spray tested, and we still recommend stacking under cover for the winter — which is exactly what the stacking lines are designed for.
Yes — OEM and private label are a core line. Send drawings or a reference sample; we tool the bends, build a jig, and deliver frames or finished chairs under your label with your packaging. NDAs are standard and your models are never offered to other buyers.
Frames are cold-drawn steel tube, typically Ø25×1.5 mm, TIG-welded on jigs for repeatable joints. Every model passes a 150 kg static load test with wobble and drag checks, and welds are inspected piece by piece before coating. Felt glides and non-mark feet ship as standard.
